I ate at Chisholms while on vacation in Wichita. My Meemaw had the eggplant stack because she is vegetarian and she struggled to finish it all. My brother had a ribeye that was cooked perfectly that he was very happy with. I had the roasted chicken, it was a little dry at the thinnest piece, but very juicy at the end. It was definitely better than Texas Roadhouse

Several meals eaten and several enjoyable experiences. The staff is friendly, polite, and caring toward making the meal great. Cheerful is the way I’d describe it. Cozy fire, lots of TVs showing sports, yet a nice fancy feel to it. Plenty of food to choose from for low cost or as fancy a price as you want to get! Now I know why Mr. Chisholm held such high esteem amongst the prairie goers!

At the hotel and wanted a meal and it was good. Staff was friendly always making sure I was good and it was a nice after a long day of flights and work. Good selection to choose from with booze drinks and for a meal. I went with a simple appetizer and the 12 ounce prime rib.

My husband and I wanted to try some place different tonight for dinner. We were not disappointed. The food and drinks were fantastic. Brandon, was fantastic. I might be a cocktail snob…I enjoy a fancy cocktail when I go out. We had a Manhattan and Old Fashioned. The Manhattan was served right in a chilled martini glass and the Old Fashioned had the right amount of fresh orange on the nose. Very refreshing. Dinner was delicious. I had the, ——, oh it was chicken and pasta. The pasta was al dente, chicken had a nice marinade, and the sauce was perfect. I really wanted to eat it all but the portion was so generous I couldn’t. Hubby had the burger and fries. :) he had no complaints.

This place has truly upgraded the dining experience! Beautiful bar with lots of tap options, with marble surfaces and TV's throughout. Dining area is open and beautifully renovated with skylights makes the room sparkle. The menu is electronic which makes browsing a lot more interesting. We were there for lunch sat at the bar, we were greeted upon entry, waited on with the right amount of attention. The meal was delightful and beautifully served. Chef James is a great addition to this hidden local gem! Can't wait to check out the happy hour menu and cocktails! More to come!
